Toniann is currently immersed in a transformative apprenticeship as a Primary Student Midwife under the expert mentorship of Debbie Schneider, CPM. This hands-on experience is crucial in refining her skills and deepening her practical knowledge in midwifery. With over 20 years in healthcare—serving as a Medical Assistant specializing in OB/GYN, an AMT Registered Phlebotomist, and a NY State Licensed Allied Health Educator—she has felt a profound calling to transition into midwifery. Her diverse background has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of reproductive health, driving her commitment to serve her community with empathy and expertise, while attuned to the needs of birthing individuals and their families.

Additionally, Toniann is certified as a Childbirth Educator and as a Prenatal and Postpartum Doula through Birth Arts International. These credentials empower her to provide invaluable support to expectant parents, helping them navigate the significant transitions of pregnancy and early parenthood. As a mother herself, she is a passionate advocate for reproductive health and wellness, dedicated to empowering families to confidently embrace their unique birth journeys.
