Jenna Stamps

Assistant Under Supervision
(Student Midwife)

After dedicating ten years to emergency medicine as a medical technician, Jenna pursued her nursing degree. Shortly after graduating, she felt a profound yearning for a more holistic approach to patient care—an aspiration that deepened after the birth of her last child. This transformative experience reinforced her calling to midwifery, illuminating the essential connections between emotional well-being and the birthing process.

Currently, Jenna is under the expert mentorship of CPM Debbie Schneider and is a devoted student at the National College of Midwifery. This hands-on training offers invaluable insights into the art and practice of midwifery, enriching her understanding of both the clinical and emotional aspects of care. Through her education, she is learning how to blend evidence-based practices with a compassionate approach, ensuring that her future clients receive the highest quality of care.

Jenna’s unique combination of practical experience and academic training equips her to support and guide birthing individuals with both compassion and expertise. She is dedicated to offering personalized care that honors the individual needs of each person, striving to create a respectful and empowering birth experience. As a home birther herself, she intimately understands the transformative power of giving birth in the comfort of one’s own space, allowing families to embrace their journeys in a nurturing environment.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jenna’s passion for natural and organic living is a fundamental part of her lifestyle. Along with her husband, she is a holistic farmer currently preparing to homestead, fostering a deep connection to the land and sustainable practices. Together, they cultivate an environment that aligns with their values of health, wellness, and respect for the natural processes of life, including childbirth. Jenna is deeply committed to promoting and supporting a birth environment that nurtures these ideals, believing that every birth should reflect the inherent beauty and power of the natural world.
